Slight Changes + Life Update

July 5, 2016

As you guys may be able to tell I changed up the theme to my blog! Although I liked the whole one-column theme going on, I was getting kind of tired of it and decided to switch things up a bit. I'm still using the same overall theme from Pipdig, I just moved some widgets around and whatnot. Not sure how I feel about it yet, but I knew my blog was due for a makeover.
What do you guys think? Yay, nay? Couldn't care less? LOL
Also just a little bit of an update on what I've been up to lately, other than dying from this dreadful Tennessee summer heat, I've just been trying to get back into school. I've applied to 6 scholarships so far, so *fingers crossed* that I at least get one of them. I'm still looking at a bunch more, anything before I resort to taking out a loan. But I'm in no rush whatsoever to get back into school just because I still have a lot of my dental bills to pay off so I don't want to add any more bills on top of the ones I already have! (haha) Other than that I've just been working a lot and if you've been keeping up with my vlogs then you would know that I recently went to New York a couple weeks ago to visit my boyfriend Anthony! I also got back into going to the gym. I was bad and didn't go for a few weeks and boy does my body and my overall self feel out of shape! But I love working out, strange as it is, and I was thinking about putting together sort of a "Work Out Routine" video for you guys. Don't know if anyone would be interested, but just thought it would be a fun idea.
Annnnd of course I can't NOT talk about the Game of Thrones season finale. That episode gave me LIFE...even though *SPOILER* a few people died in this episode. But so much happened in this episode I was literally screaming. Sucks that we all have to wait another year for the next season. Now I have to find another show to binge watch until then. Any suggestions?
I've also been on the hunt for a new book to read as well! A book that really caught my eye was "The Curious Incident of the Dog In The Nighttime." Marzia mentioned it on her blog and of course, I have to take all her book recommendations, but also after reading the synopsis, it really sparked my interest!
And that basically sums up what I've been up to as of late. Nothing too crazy. I'm still working on trying to balance vlogging and blogging because I'm so ashamed to see that I only blogged three times last month!
