"Big Hero 6" Review!

November 30, 2014

Just got back from watching probably one of the best movies I've watched all year. And if you haven't heard of Big Hero 6, then I advise you to not even bother to Google it or even look up the trailer because you might as well just get in your car now and drive to the closest movie theater and watch this movie NOW. My friend, who watched the movie before I did, warned me already that the movie was going to get pretty sad, but I did not expect to cry as much as I did. And it probably doesn't help that I am on an emotional roller coaster due to being on my period (sorry tmi, but it's nature, okay?!) I even started tearing up from all the sad and touching movie previews, so I guess you can say I'm just on something else right now haha jk.

Anyway, the movie was both enjoyable for my mom and my little brother so the movie is towards all general audiences. But of course, parents and older viewers would probably say the movie was somewhat predictable in a sense, but even so I enjoyed the movie from beginning to the very end. The movie was entertaining, grasps your whole attention, makes you cry, you get emotionally attached to the characters and overall gives you a "feel-good" feeling. I definitely recommend it to every single person reading this post and everyone who isn't reading this post. I would most definitely watch this movie again and I plan on buying it on DVD.

I wish I was going to Disney Land or Disney World sometime soon so I could see all the Big Hero 6 themed things going on. I would totally spend my money on a bunch of Baymax merchandise. Baymax is hands-down my favorite character in the movie. He is just so lovable and funny all throughout the movie. Props to the creators and everyone who put in work towards this film because it was such a good movie and I just can't get over how satisfied I am with watching it. When I first saw the trailer for the movie, I had no interest in it, but now I regret EVER thinking that because the movie definitely went beyond my expectations.

So go out and don't hesitate any longer to watch this movie because I recommend it to every single person out there!!
